• Do your money counting machines count the new polymer notes?Yes, all our equipment will count both the paper based and polymer bank notes.

We are Canada based so no need to ship products across border for repair and maintenance.

• How do I choose the correct product?Please call and discuss your requirements, we will gladly assist you decide on the correct product.
• Do you do pilots?We believe one size does not fit all. Yes we will do pilots to prove concept for multiple business outlets in partnership with management. This will facilitate the way forward in choosing the correct product to take advantage of cost and time savings. In addition, this will allow business management to evaluate the system before purchase; ensuring best possible solution.
• Do you trade in old equipment?Yes we will trade old equipment. Please call our friendly sales team and they will gladly assist you. They can be contacted on sales@cptcash.com or 778.240.9659.
• Do your products carry a warranty?Yes all our products carry warranties ranging from 18 Months to 36 months. We also provide a choice of extended warranties on our equipment up to 7 years. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.
• What costs would I incur where equipment is returned under warranty?There will be no charges incurred if it is found that equipment failure is due to a factory fault. Please call our Technical staff who will assist you in this regard. Please note no equipment may be returned to our offices without an authorization number from the Technical department.
